Conversion of a heritage theatre building into a new shopping centre with the addition of a new basement under the existing structure for carparking, utilising a new steel framed structure to maintain and support the existing facades.

Conversion of 4 industrial units into a single prestige car showroom and offices. Modification of the existing steel framing to combine the 4 buildings, new mezzanine floor structures within the building, structural steel framing to support the new facades and new sections of ground floor slabs.
277 Scottsdale Road, Robina
New office and maintenance bay for a commercial vehicle sales yard. Steel portal framed structure to the large open span maintenance bay and braced steel frame with raised timber floor to the office building on piled foundations.
948 New Cleveland Road, Gumdale
Extension to the existing swim centre to house a new 25m pool. Steel framed roof structure supported by reinforced masonry columns and walls. Reinforced concrete in ground pool structure.
